We are North Fulton’s premier hot yoga studio. Whether you are a regular practitioner, a guest from out of town, or someone brand new to hot yoga, we meet you where you are in your practice and your life.
Our goal is to challenge you in a nurturing environment. Our highly-trained instructors provide guidance on the best way to arrive at a posture, always mindful of your abilities and safety.

Beginning Tuesday 5/26, the Tues & Thurs 9:30am classes will be taught as Silent Hot Classes.
That means the instructor takes the class alongside the students with minimal instruction.
Therefore No First Time Students Are Permitted In These 2 Classes (only).
In order to be able to attend either of these 2 classes, you must have attended at least 10 classes already at HOT YOGA JC or get instructor permission.
(And we've omitted these 2 classes from the online schedule only so that first-timers won't book them or show up expecting to attend them.)
Our instructors pride themselves on years of practice and each of them embodies our core principles of helping to learn the posture correctly, while challenging and encouraging their students in a safe and supportive environment
In addition to Hot Yoga, we also offer Cool Yin Yoga classes and believe both are essential to an ongoing effective yoga practice. Our Hot Yoga is a perfect combination of Dynamic practice and Static practice. By Dynamic we mean moving in and out of Asanas (postures) in rhythm with your breath, and Static means holding the pose for a certain number of breath cycles. Our Cool Yin classes are strictly floor posture classes, with fewer postures per class, but the postures are held longer than in hot class. In all our classes, the sequence of the postures is critical as each new pose is preparation for the next pose, and that pose is a counter pose for the previous one
Prepare to work, make demands on yourself, and sweat. Remember to take your time and do it step-by-step. Each step can be enjoyable, tailored to your current level of practice. Don’t rush it, and don’t compete with yourself (or others). Move at your own pace and listen to your body
