Our instructors pride themselves on years of practice and each of them embodies our core principles of helping to learn the posture correctly, while challenging and encouraging their students in a safe and supportive environment
In addition to Hot Yoga, we also offer Cool Yin Yoga classes and believe both are essential to an ongoing effective yoga practice. Our Cool Yin classes are strictly floor posture classes, with fewer postures per class, but the postures are held longer than in the hot classes. Our Hot Yang classes are based on the Bikram method series, with a few enhancements. If you are a Bikram Yoga practictioner, you will have no difficulty with our few additions. All Bikram students that have tried our classes love them. And for those of you who don't know what Bikram method is, it is a series of traditional hatha yoga postures done in a heated room. And we stay true to Bikram's standards of room temperature and humidity.
Prepare to work, make demands on yourself, and sweat. Remember to take your time and do it step-by-step. Each step can be enjoyable, tailored to your current level of practice. Don’t rush it, and don’t compete with yourself (or others). Move at your own pace and listen to your body
